Cute little museum. They had some interactive stuff such as panning for gold and try on a gold miner's hat. Cost is by donation, but they suggest $3 per person.

Not sure we ever caught her name but the woman that was at the museum during our visit was wonderful. A local, she was very knowledgeable about the history, eager to share what stories, and obviously loved both the town, and it's history. As the museum wasn't busy, she showed us some of her favourite photos and even watched the video with us, expanding on it as she saw fit. If you are interested in mining, ghost towns, or Canadian history, this little museum is well worth the stop. Cost was a suggested donation of $3 per adult. They also have a telescope set up on the deck so you can get a good look at the mine on the cliff above town.
